Loss animation when apply node material

When apply PhongNodeMaterial, I cannot play animation anymore. Shark.sea is the sample file, animation working fine with default material, but stop with node material.

Both skin and morph animation are not working, only "simple animation" (only moving position, rotation of the mesh) work with node material (see teapot-moving.sea).

mtl = new THREE.PhongNodeMaterial();
meshLoader.getMesh("Plane").material = mtl;
